Job Description
Horizon Solar Power has an immediate opening for a Marketing Technology Manager who will be under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Marketing. The position will be based out of Temecula and/ or Hemet, Ca. As our the Marketing Technology Manager, this individual will have the exciting opportunity to drive NEW LEADS and SALES through new marketing and digital technologies, working closely with our outside sales team, and reaching out to our existing customers. The ultimate goal for this new role is to build a strong NEW pipeline of referral leads that ultimately will be converted into referral sales by our sales team

Main Responsibilities:
: Drive NEW LEADS through marketing and digital interactions with our existing customers
: Responsible for driving customer referrals by marketing to our existing customers and asking for referrals
: Develop insight to feed business development strategies through data mining, analysis, and strategy creation.
: Support customer engagement initiative by building, deploying and measuring campaigns that reduce cancellations, stimulate referrals and encourage new energy product adoption.
: Work with marketing technologies team to understand, enhance and streamline Referral initiatives across all platforms (i.e. Ambassador, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
: Manage Marketing Automation database budget and expense.
:Collaborate with all marketing channels for a cohesive customer experience.
: Have a strong marketing mind
:Creative mindset to transition raw data into actionable insight and compelling referral generating marking campaigns.
:Specific experience using Marketing Automation Email tools such as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Silverpop, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms.
:Experience with Referral Technology Platform tools such as Ambassador, Amplifinity, Get The Referral.
:On:the:job or educational experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
:Analytical experience is required: Specific experience manipulating Excel formulas/ docs AND salesforce reports
:HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
:Database administration experience is a plus.
:Detail oriented and organized.
:Ability to adapt quickly to market shifts and/or marketing initiatives.
:Conscious of marketing activities and the impact on customer experience.
:Ability to debug automated processes and parallel system interactions.
:Understanding of call center and email marketing strategies.
:Excellent written and oral communication skills.
:Eager to learn and thrive with a fast:growing, technologically advanced company.

:Solar background is preferred.
:Marketing background is a must.
:Converting key metrics to watch for trends.
:Self:motivated, requires little or no supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:
: Pay for this position is 45k/ annual PLUS 30k/ annual; total pay up to 75,000 annually
