Program Team Coordinator. Summer-temporary position available. June 5, 2017 July 31, 2017. Oversee all aspects of the camp program. Supervise the staff in the planning and implanting the camp program. Organize and administer a safe and meaningful program
in harmony with the goals and objectives of camp. PLEASE NOTE: When needed, due to the particular camp program session, staff member may be asked to assist in duties not directly related to their job description. This is necessary for smooth operation of camp.
Staff members are asked to be flexible and to cooperate cheerfully. Help lead, plan and participate in evening campfires along with other lead staff. Responsible for the implementation of the daily camp schedule. Be certain daily schedule is followed each
day. Lead, plan and participate in the daily chapels and evening campfire programs. Responsibilities may include bus chaperone and transportation assistance as needed or assigned. Organize and coordinate cabin activity times. This would include deciding upon
activities and providing a sign-up sheet for cabins. Communicate weekly to DYCS/ADYCS/CEADS for any supplies needed. Qualifications: CPR and First Aid Certified. Detail oriented and attention to detail. Self-starter. Strong use of the English language in verbal
and written communication. Excellent telephone skills. Computer literate. Must obtain Food Handler s License upon arrival. Minimum high school graduate or equivalent. Experience working with children. Must maintain a valid California Driver s License. Must
meet certification by and participation in The Salvation Army s Fleet Safety Program (Salvation Army Fleet Safety Policy dictates that an employee may not obtain more than two [2] moving violations or accidents within any 12-month period; see The Salvation
