The platform is headquartered in Coachella, CA with additional locations in the states of Arkansas and North Carolina.

Job Summary
Position requires a broad generalist background in several HR disciplines (5-8 years). Additionally, strong leadership and communication skills are essential. A college degree is required. The HR Manager position may be the top HR position in a standalone plant or the second HR leadership position in a headquarters location. Generally the position reports to the Vice President or Director of Human Resources but may report to local plant management for remote facilities.

* Supervisor Discussions
* Employee communication
* Employee recognition and events
* Performance Improvement
* Hiring and Orientation
* Recruiting (one segment or entire facility)
Plus Specialization in _one or more_of the following _as assigned_:
* Benefits (orientation, administration, record keeping, billing audit)
* Affirmative Action Planning (administering the plan, reporting, preparing plan, training and monitoring)
* Workers Compensation
* Labor relations
* Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above
* Understand and live by Esterline s ethics and business conduct policies
* Bachelor degree
* Minimum of 5 years in HR generalist role with broad exposure to multiple areas of specialization.
* Through knowledge of federal and state employment laws, policies and practices
* Must be dependable, responsible, and accurate and have the ability to deal with people effectively.
