We are in need of 6:10 Administrative professionals to process petitions that are gathered in the field from our agents.
We pay 100 : 150 Cash Daily

The Position:
Under general supervision, Administrative Assistants perform a variety of difficult, responsible, specialized, and confidential secretarial and office management functions; create and maintain specialized reports, records and files required in connection with departmental work processes; type and edit documents ranging from general correspondence to technical reports and spreadsheets; and perform related duties as assigned.
Administrative Assistants provide highly responsible and confidential secretarial services to department directors and managers and/or independently perform a variety of difficult, specialized administrative support and office management functions that require a thorough knowledge of departmental terminology, procedures and practices, with a significant degree of independence and accountability for results. Administrative Assistants may direct the work of other administrative and office support staff as assigned.
:Types, formats, edits, revises, proofreads and prints a variety of narrative and statistical reports, board letters, correspondence, memoranda, requests for proposals, agreements, contracts and amendments, specifications, overheads and presentation materials, department manuals, easement and related documents, duty rosters, press releases and public announcement materials and other documents and materials ranging from routine to complex; types from rough notes, drafts, dictation, modified standard formats and brief oral instructions; creates forms, charts, tables and spreadsheets involving data manipulation; edits and revises materials on diskette; reviews documents for clerical accuracy, completeness and compliance with Authority requirements; develops, revises and maintains standardized and master forms and documents; composes routine correspondence, reports and informational materials; copies and binds reports for internal and external distribution.
:Reviews, edits, finalizes, and assembles board agenda memos and attachments; ensures all information is complete, all supporting documents are attached, and the petitions are ready for department head and General Manager to deliver to client.
:Reviews, determines priority, and routes incoming correspondence; alerts staff to high priority items; maintains records and logs of specialized or technical documents processed; develops and maintains logs and routine databases for a variety of purposes and information.
:Maintains confidential
departmental/divisional files; prepares and types confidential personnel documents, such as evaluations, grievance responses, disciplinary actions, and interview questions; verifies accuracy and ensures the completion of staff time cards; distributes payroll checks; maintains departmental attendance and time off records.
:Reviews petitions for completeness, ensuring required documents are attached.
